Zen sit & stretch with CJ

 Seated stretching and strengthening class have low-impact movements performed while seated that are designed to improve flexibility, strength and cardiovascular health.

Pilates

Putting a fun, creative spin on the 34 mat exercises developed by Joseph Pilates, our Pilates mat classes use your body weight to strength and tone the body. Utilizing props such as the triad ball, light hand weights, the fitness circle as well as many others keeps class interesting and ensures you’ll never take the same class twice!

Abs and Glutes

A 30 minute express class devoted entirely to the two areas of the body we work so hard to tighten – Glutes and Abs!! Tone those rear-ends and problem middle areas with some of the toughest firming, sculpting and lifting exercises you can do – Your core and glutes will thank you.

YOGA BASICS

This is the best class for those new to yoga. In a comfortable environment, this class will introduce the fundamentals of a yoga practice, including breath, proper alignment, and mindfulness practices. This class is useful for those trying to work around injuries. Many long time students take Basics classes regularly because the pace of the class offers time for students to develop self awareness and refine their practice.

Sock Hop Dance Fitness

Step back in time and dance to 50, 60s 70s tunes!! Low impact No jumping beginner friendly!!

Total Body Functional Training

Build full body strength and improve conditioning. We use body weight exercises, plyometrics, dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands. Every exercise can be modified or progressed to meet the needs of any level athlete. Join this fun and motivating class to learn new ways to train and become excited to workout!!

Weights/Cardio

you will utilize free weights, resistance tubing and your own body weight to perform compound exercises, utilizing superset principles and more. You will improve overall strength, muscular endurance, and body composition.For anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit-fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. This gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques while pumping out encouragement, motivation, and great music. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged, motivated, ready to come back for more.

Grit and Grace

Grit and Grace Pregnant and Postpartum Fitness is a class designed to give you an awareness of your body as you navigate pregnancy and beyond. The focus will be on how to safely maintain strength, and minimize unnecessary risks by learning how to breathe and move properly.
When you become pregnant and each month after your needs and body will change. This class will help you continue to move with considerations for each of these stages. As you enter the 4th trimester your body is in full recovery, as you are also getting used to a new way of life.
This is a time when attention to how and why we are Moving really matters. This class will guide you through this stage and help you reach your athletic goals safely.
This chapter in a woman’s life can be very stressful and a lot of it is out of our control.
This class will help you control what you can and approach fitness with a little Grit and a whole lot of Grace.

VXN Dance Fitness

VXN is a dance fitness brand focused on improving the physical & mental wellness of women. By incorporating trending choreography, musical remixes, and atmospheric lighting, we’re able to replicate the live stage experience to promote a fun, fast-paced, communal workout experience.

Turn Up Dance Fitness

Take your fitness to the next level! Join Danielle and she combines hip hop dance with elements of fitness: HIIT, Toning, and Active Recovery! Guaranteed to leave you sweaty and feeling like a queen! Live Loudly, Dance Ruthlessly, Evolve Unapologetically. Due to the mature nature of some dance moves and lyrics, this class is designed for ages 18+. All levels welcome, no experience necessary.

Seat Seduction chair fitness

Unleash your seductive side! Learn a Sexy choreographed routine. This class is designed to inspire and empower women to feel comfortable expressing there femininity and sensuality, Knee pads are required all fitness levels welcome .*bare foot or tennis shoes only *

Anti-Bullying self defense class for kids

Anti bullying and self assurance class specializing in conflict resolution and confrontation handling, for kids and adults for in school and everyday life ages 5 and up.

HIP HOP/Pop MIx

This non-stop, dynamic, and high intensity dance cardio class combines attainable hip hop choreography with full body calisthenics to create an effective, fun, (and fly!) fitness program. No prior dance experience required, though an interest in dance-as-cardio is encouraged. Expect to burn calories AND hone your dance skills. All levels welcome! Please note this is NOT a technical/choreography instruction class…this is a fitness class featuring dance.

Chair Fitness

Seated exercise is an effective way to help you stay physically active, and all you need is a chair! Low-impact chair exercises help increase movement throughout the day while keeping pressure off of your joints. Like other forms of physical activity, seated exercise offers similar benefits while reducing the risk of injury or discomfort.

All classes are subject to cancelation if minimum participation is not met.
Cruz’s Dance Fitness Studio offers class credits only for cancelled classes.
Clients may cancel their attendance with more than one hour notice for credit refund.
Any cancellations by clients within one hour of class will result in no credit refund.
